VAG MQB / PQ DSG Motorsport Gear Selector

Plug & Play – With 6-Button Keypad

The Vd Veer Engineering DSG Motorsport Gear Selector is a plug-and-play CAN-based gear selector simulator designed for VAG PQ and MQB platforms equipped with DSG gearboxes.
Developed for motorsport and high-performance applications, the system replaces the OEM mechanical selector with a fully electronic, state-controlled solution while maintaining correct DSG communication and drivetrain compatibility.
The kit includes a rugged 6-button motorsport keypad, allowing direct and reliable selector control in race and drag environments.

Paddle-Driven Selector Mode (Optional Feature)

Allows selector control via OEM CAN shift paddles under safe conditions:

• P or N → D via Shift Up (vehicle speed 0 + brake active)

• D / S / M → N via Shift Down (vehicle speed 0 + brake active)

All transitions are validated to maintain DSG plausibility and system stability.

Engineered for drag racing and high-performance applications where mechanical selectors are removed or impractical. Provides clean integration, reliable state control, and OEM-compatible CAN communication.
